I've been running off and on for 20 years.
I did Portland Fit a couple years ago for 2 summers and loved the accountability, training, routes mapped out for us, it was awesome! After taking a break to have my 4th and 5th babies, I was thinking of coming back and love being part of something and helping others so being an Assistant Coach seemed like a good fit!
My 2019 goals are to run a half marathon in April, and I would love to plan a marathon for the fall and am running with a team of my family, for Hood to Coast.
